Actually, this newsgroup when housed on the Microsoft server had a
significant user base posting in Html and without a history of being
spammed. The MSN newsgroups (also now defunct) were also html permissable.
The AnnexCafe provides a large volume of nttp newsgroups (private server,
open to the public and requiring account registration with an email address
and setup with username/pw) that support html. All groups are moderated.
Spam is nihil.
In fact, a WLM newsgroup that welcomes posting in both plain text and html
is available with a post size maximum of 1 Mb.
