I can only assume english is not your primary language and something was
lost in the translation.

So you mean to say that you cannot download/install Microsoft/Windows
Updates?

If so - can you be very specific about the following information:

- What operating system are you using?
- What service pack level is said operating system?
- What update are you having trouble installing (if a specific update/set of
updates)?
- What error do you get when you attempt to download/install updates?
- In what manner are you downloading/installing these updates?
- What have you tried to fix this problem yourself?
