Not since Windows 3.x has there been the facility to globally record
macros that are universal to all applications. Even then, the feature
was so prone to errors and inconsistencies, that very few people used
it, and was thus dropped altogether from the Windows 95 featureset, and
has never been re-introduced.
Your only other alternative is to learn how to use "Windows Script
Host" (a command-line utility included with windows - CSCRIPT.EXE).
Additional information about Windows Scripting, and sample downloads,
can be found on the MSDN website - 'Scripting'
(

But seriously, is it worth going through that much trouble just to
enter an e-mail address when it's likely easier (and quicker) to just
simply type out the e-mail address whenever you need it?
