How can I make a downloaded program apply to all users? I don't have to
download it again, do I?
Thanks.

When you installed it, did you get the choice as to whether to install for
all users or just the current user? If you got the choice and chose "just
the current user", then yes you will need to uninstall/reinstall and this
time choose "for all users". If you didn't get the choice or did choose
"all users", then possibly what you really mean is how to get the Program
Menu shortcut icon on everyone's menu.

To do the latter, log onto an account with administrative privileges. Then
right-click on the Start Orb and choose "Explore all users". Add the
shortcut to the program to the All Users Start menu.

Thank you! I used the explore all users option, and it worked fine.
