Making your own content

Hi,
I was wondering... if I would like to publish my own content for MSN
Messenger or Windows Live Messenger, what should I do?

I've tried manually editing a .mco file I found on the internet (extract,
replace content), but Messenger refused the content. Probably because a stamp
didn't match the hash of the contents anymore.

After some searching, I found that I should be a MSN Partner so I could sign
content and Messenger would accept it. But I don't know how I can request a
SDK or something like that from Microsoft.

Can anybody tell me how I should request something like a SDK and how I can
start making my own Messenger content?

Greetings,
Alex

Greetings Alex,

At this time the licensing is only given out to larger groups and with a large monetary sum
attached.

So, how much money do you got?

Hello,

I have suggested this feature for the next build of Windows Live Messenger,
just hope it gets implemented :-)
