Malicious Software Removal Tool - June 2005

In attempting to download and install KB890830 (Windows Malicious Software
Removal Tool - June 2005) I repeatedly receive the following error:

The following updates were not installed because you did not accept the End
User License Agreement (EULA). Install the update again and accept the EULA
when Windows Update notifies you.

The problem is that I've never been prompted to accept the EULA. Any
thoughts?

Thanks for the suggestions ... unfortunately, neither of them solved the
problem. I successfully downloaded and installed 7 windows update files
today. This particular file was supposed to have downloaded at the same
time, but didn't. When I attempt to install it, IE gives an immediate
response indicating that "no files were downloaded because you chose not to
download." Do you have any other suggestions?
