Malware Removal Tool

Sorry for my english.
When i receveid update for "Malware Removal tool" with windows update on a
Server 2003, this not install, and i received code 0x0800706BE.

But if i go on the site of Microsoft to donwload "Malware Removal tool", and
i execute it, this fonction correctly.

I don't inderstand.

You can help Me.
