We have two servers set up at hosting company. No other machines on the same
network. Both have two NIC. Each has its dedicated IP and one of them with
NLB enabled. NLB is set to use "unicast". I know with just one NIC it's
impossible to run nlbmgr to manage remote host from one of the host. But you
can do so if you got two NICs. But tried can't get it to work. Launched
nlbmgr from one host and connected to local host. Can't manage the 2nd host.

How to make it work?

Thanks.
