I have a Global Group and need to assign a Security Universal group to manage
it. When I try to list the Object Types , Groups is not available. What
have I done wrong?

You can only use individual accounts to use with "Managed by" - not
groups. Anyway, what are you trying to do here, really? Is it that you
want to grant a certain group permission to manage another group? If so,
you need to change the permission on the group object and grant the
managing group permission to change the object and its attributes. The
"Managed by" options doesn't do anything like that.

Cheers,
Florian
