manual install still prompt auto install pop up

After manual install of security patches, ms05-038,039,043 and reboot, my w2k
servers still has the pop up to install the patches. If I go to add/remove
programs, I can see the patches intalled already.

Is this a bug? I am using WSUS with the W2k Servers.
