A number of people have been having problems getting the GDI+ Detection Tool
to run properly. I have found a manual workaround that is JUST AS EFFECTIVE
as the Microsoft tool and will only take 2 minutes to install and use. The
results will be the same as running the Microsoft tool.

Step 1: Open Notepad
Step 2: Type the following line:

msgbox "Your computer is vulnerable."

Step 3: Save the file as GDIFix.vbs and run it.

The tool will then report whether you are vulnerable or not. If you are
vulnerable, then it is suggested you eat lunch, call your mother, or play
Minesweeper.
