manual start of windows update notification (task-bar)

Hello Newsgroup

I have a stupid question: We use WSUS to download the windows updates
and install them manual. Now i have one server on which the
notification (New Windows updates are download) does not appear. Is it
possible to get it manual? I see that the updates are on the server (in
the log and on the shutdown screen appears "install updates and shut
down"). Any ideas?
