Manual update without SP2 files

Is there anyway to update without installing SP2 files, I know that you can
manually update but there is nothing to say which files are for SP2.

Ignore the actual SP2 update and install any other critical updates
that WU says you need, even if the word "SP2" is in the name

What did you want to update? Go to

There are some updates you can install seperately if thats what your looking
for.
