Manually run Auto-Update

We have 32 machines that aren't normally connected to our network and we must
manually run Windows Update once per week. Is there a way to manually kick
off Windows auto-update with a double-click or in the startup folder so we
can run it and walk away from the machine while it completes, then return
later to reboot or shutdown?

Any help or suggestions is apprecicated!
Thanks!
