I am using windows X P and outlook express for e
mails. When printing e mails sent with reply the original
message text is missing first and last characters per
line. The reply's are fine. Is anyone else experiencing
this problem? How do I correct the margin error?

I believe it is controlled by IE
In IE, Go to File - Page set up and change the margins there.
