I have an email address that is in my contacts but every time I receive an
email from that source WLM asks me to confirm it is safe. This I do, but the
next time I receive an email from said source WLM asks the same question!

Any ideas how to overcome this?

Thanks
Colin

Using a Live ID to sign on to Windows Live in WLM ?
Is the sender added to the Safe Sender's List ?
- tools/safety options/safe senders
On the same tab(safe senders) is the option 'Also trust email from my Contacts' checked?

Does it occur if the sender uses Plain Text, if not it's most likely message content related.

What is the exact wording of this 'not safe' advisory? Does it
contain the word 'phishing,? If so: Tools, Safety Options, Phishing,
uncheck the first box. Either that, or tell your friend to quit including
suspicious URL links.

If it just says "Unknown Sender", that is a lot different than what you
said originally: "WLM asks me to confirm it is safe."
"Unknown Sender" means the 'From' address is missing or invalid.
Look at the source code of that message by pressing Ctrl+F3. What does
it say in the line starting with 'From:' ?

OK, so where exactly does it say "Unknown Sender"?
Is that phrase part of a sentence that gives more detail?
