OK, so where exactly does it say "Unknown Sender"?
Is that phrase part of a sentence that gives more detail?

It says what I would expect -
From: abc <>

If it just says "Unknown Sender", that is a lot different than what you
said originally: "WLM asks me to confirm it is safe."
"Unknown Sender" means the 'From' address is missing or invalid.
Look at the source code of that message by pressing Ctrl+F3. What does
it say in the line starting with 'From:' ?

It just says "Unknown Sender", although address is in my contacts.

What is the exact wording of this 'not safe' advisory? Does it
contain the word 'phishing,? If so: Tools, Safety Options, Phishing,
uncheck the first box. Either that, or tell your friend to quit including
suspicious URL links.
