In Outlook, a contact group mailing shown all the contact e mails it is being
sent to. I am trying to send an e mail to 50+ people, but do not want the
recipients will be able to see the names and e‑mail addresses of the other
recipients for privacy reasons. Any way to do that on outlook or by
importing a list with out sending the e mail one person at a time?

Check with your mail provider and see how many they allow. It isn't WinMail
limiting you.

I have the opposite problem. I want the e-mail note to show both the display
name and e-mail address. Currently my system shows only the display name.

How do I change the system so that the sender's e-mail address will be shown
on all notes that I receive?

There is no automatic way to display the sender's email address with
a received message. If you need to know it, you can press Ctrl-F3.

Correction, there is a way. Go to View, Layout, then enable
"Show preview pane header."

I enabled the Preview Pane, but it still does not show the e-mail address.
The note still shows the Display Name for both the "from" and "to" fields.
By the way, I am using Outlook Express 6

Enable the Preview Pane Header. Or press Ctrl-F3 while reading the message.
