Hi,
At a guess I'd say you change the primary boot drive and need to change it
back. Ntldr is not used in Vista, the prompt is likely from some remnant on
your secondary drive looking for an OS that doesn't exist anymore.
To run sfc /scannow, you need an elevated command prompt. Simply opening it
from an admin-level account is not sufficient. Right click the CMD prompt
link and use 'run as administrator', then ok the UAC prompt to get the
proper level of permissions.
