read it many times, is it my fault I cannot find it?

NOTE: Please close all Internet Explorer windows before continuing.
1.. Click Start, and then click Run.
2.. Type "%systemroot%\system32\macromed\flash" and press Enter.
3.. Rename or Delete "Flash.ocx" and "Swflash.ocx", whichever one exists.
4.. Uninstall Flash Player 8 or Flash Player 7 using Add/Remove Programs
or "UninstFl.exe" in the "Flash" directory.
5.. Download the update from Microsoft.
6.. Using a tool such as WinRAR, extract the contents of the update to a
folder on your desktop.
7.. Run "INSTALL_FP6_WU.exe".
8.. Go to Adobe.com to install the latest flash player.

Microsoft has created a specific newsgroups for Windows Update related
issues . Yes , there is no answer in my post because I had no intention to
answer , I just don't know the most acurate answer . However , what I did was
that I crossposted your post so it is now available in two newsgroups - here
and in the specific one called Windows Update . There you'll find the best
answer . Regards!
