mbr partition fat32 on basic drive [0] XP pro partition full

C: drive mbr 3.9 gb partition fat 32. out of volume cant install SP2 D:
the primary extended patition in the drive is ntfs logical volume 20 gb is
75% free. can this be fixed ? I dont need fat 32 I do need more volume on C:
