then use the files list below to determine which versions of MSXML are
resident on the system (they will be found in the WINDOWS\system32
folder) - List of Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) versions

After doing that, then download the proper update for the OS and MSXML
version present. Or, just use Microsoft Update. It *should* detect the
versions on the system and offer the correct updates.
