MBSA suggest installation of KB931836

After I have manually installed all adequate Feb security patches,
my MBSA 2.0 is suggesting to install also KB931836.
I wonder why is this required.

My research has shown that, this is any documentation for SQL server.
I'm not explicity using SQL server on my machine.

Have anybody any explanation ?
