McAfee Personal Firewall blocks all after Win XP update

Hello;

I'd been using McAfee Personal firewall with screen set
to 'standard'. After installing the above patch, I can't
reach web pages or my mail server unless I set screen
strength to 'open'. A risk and a drag to change each
time. I'm using cable, always-on...

Any clues or ideas? Re-install the McAfee firewall? Can
one roll back the patch?
