md5 / sha1 checksums for xp sp2 update

I just recently recovered a missing partition due to failed merge partition
operation. The missing partition itself is not the one being merged but is
located after the other 2 partitions. (It was recovered by editing manually
the partition table using the PTEDIT.) Since (I believe) there was no write
operation, I assumed its contents are still intact perfectly (further test
using chkdsk, etc also found no errors), yet I'd rather recreate/reorganize
the whole partitions just to be safe.

The partition contains winupdate files I downloaded from Microsoft and to be
sure they're still good, can someone please help me by creating checksums
(md5 / sha1) for the files if you also happen to have downloaded winupdate
files for sp2? I connect to the Net using modem so I really don't want to
redownload the whole thing. If possible, could you please use the fciv.exe
from microsoft to create the checksum file in xml format and then email it to
me?

To use the fciv.exe
fciv.exe -add [folder] -r -wp -both -xml [name].xml
where [folder] is the folder that contains the update files
[name] is the filename
