Another reason why Error 3 may come up is it the Media Center Services are
not properly installed or removed. This happened to me for some reason.
Obviously, if you have Mcafee, try to resolve that first. If you don't, see
if your Media Center Services are running. If they aren't, it'd be easiest
to reinstall Windows Media Center Edition from scratch (otherwise, updates
may end up removing the services again... yeah that happened to me on one
machine... very annoying)
