Hmm... it could be a problem similar to how Glass works. You have to have
the screen res. at 1024x768 at minimum for Glass to kick in... so try making
the resolution higher and trying again.
Did it work with any previous builds or Windows XP Media Center Edition? If
not, could well be bad hardware or lack of drivers. Let us know
