Is Media Center Edition an Upgrade Path?

Anyone know if XP Media Center Edition is an upgrade path to either Windows
7 Home Premium or Windows 7 Professional?

AFAIK, any version of WinXP qualifies you to use an upgrade version of
Win7. But you cannot actually upgrade WinXP to Win7, you have to do a
clean install.
