Media Center EULA cancels Update

I select the Rollup to install, then click install. I immediately get the
dialogue box that tells me the update has failed. I look at the bottom of the
Update page, and it tells me I failed to agree to EULA, and to watch for it
the next time, but it never
shows up. This goes round and round

Which Rollup ? :

Try installing it by clicking the above link(s), save it, close IE and
all open programs/browsers, then try to install it.

I've been having this problem with the update for the Windows Malicious
Software Removal Tool - March 2007 (KB890830). I don't see the EULA at all.
