Media Center File Locations

I have a Microsoft Vista system that I upgraded from XP and it has been
recording programs automatically that I had set up but due to a number of
reasons I have not had time to watch them. I am now running out of disk
space and want to delete the recorded tv shows. There are two many to do
manually and I would like to know where Vista stores them and also XP if
different so that I can go in and delete them all at the same time.

Any help would be appreciated.

By default, older recorded TV content will be deleted automatically in order
to make room to record new TV content.
The default location for TV is C:\Users\Public\Recorded TV.
