Media Center Guide missing digital sub-channels

The guide (over the air Digital TV) does not show the correct listings for
the sub channels (such as 1032, 1132, etc), instead is shows the same
listings as the main digital channels (such as 1031, 1131, etc).
This causes recording problems. I was watching 1032 last night and pressed
the record button and went to sleep. When I went to watch the recording it
was cut short (ending when the program on 1031 would have ended). Of course
the title was wrong too.

I hope someone knows a solution.

Thanks for any help.
