Media Center Help

My Media Center will not conect to the internet. I have tried all of
the suggestions from Microsoft and other forums I could find, but there
has been no change. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hint : wired or wireless connection ?

It is a desktop, wired connection.
