When I try to access Media Centre's online section I get the message that i
need an internet connection. I have anup to 8Mb broadband connection which
gets used every day with no problem by IE7, Outlook and several other
packages with no problem. I have tried switching off Virus checkers ,
firewall and spyware checkers but this makes no difference.
Any solutions?

What firewall, anti-virus application or security suite is installed? There
are some that cause problems which do not appear immediately. Disabling them
is not enough. They need to be completely uninstalled.

There are compatibility issues with Vista and ZA. Switch to Windows Firewall
and Defender, and the free AVG or Avast and see if that solves your problem.
