Media Centre Rollup 2

I fo rthe life of me cant get Rollup 2 to install. I have tried everything
here and yet it still comes up with the error 0x643.

The only Thing I have not done is Format my drive which I really dont want
to do.

Dones anyone have any Ideas?

Surely it must be the .NET install I just need to know what Rollup is
Faulting on, is there a log file I can look at to see where it is going wrong?
