Media Guide Downloading 0% Issue

Around the first of the year, my computer stopped downloading the Media
Guide. The icon is displayed by the clock, but it gets stuck at 0%. At the
time this started happening, I wasn't even using the TV Tuner card (HP PCI
Express). If I open Media Center to the Guide, it gives me an error telling
me to reboot the computer and try again. I can watch TV, but it will not let
me record anything.

Help would be greatly appreciated. The computer is a HP laptop, and all I
have is the restore disk. I'd prefer not to redo the computer back to the
factory settings if possible.

Thanks All!

Wrong group.
You already posted this to the media center group where it belongs.

When a post does apply to more than one newsgroup.
Crosspost, don’t multipost

Yeah, I accidentally posted it in the wrong place and thought I could remove
it from here after I got it put in the right place. My bad...
