Media Player 11?

I have a MPEG file for a short video movie clip that will not play sound on
Media Player 11 on a XP Pro SP3. The same file will play correctly on a XP
Home SP3 with MP11 and a Vista Home Premium SP 2 also with MP11.

Any answers would be welcome.
