media player 11 for vista 32

      12-26-2007
was working fine , i tried netflicks on demand veiwer and also watched some
net wwork tv from my comp then all of a sudden when i goto use media player
to play music oanything else it says it has to close .
i tried to reinstall it from the microsoft site but it says im running a
newer ver.
how do i fix this?

Click Start > All Programs > Maintenance > Problem Reports & Solutions >
View Problem History > check for any problems related to Windows Media
Player, right click it > click View Details > copy and paste back the
contents here for further analysis.

Did you upgrade a component on your PC before this started happening? What
changed before this started happening?

If you reset your DRM store--
