Media Player Screen Green

When i try to play a video using media player I get sound but my screen stays
the color green, any ideas?

Hi There,

Yes I do, but you are posting in windows update group.
microsoft.public.windowsmedia.player is the group you should ask, since your
problem has nothing to do with update issues.

However I guess you are missing a needed codec to play the file.
