Using Vista Home premium. Suddenly the windows media player has no sound. It
always played well before a few days ago. Looked at a lot of internet
postings how to repair it, but they don't work. Anyone have a
responsible idea how to make it play again. Through upgrades the number for
the player is now 11.

No mute. All other sounds are working, including Winamp.
