Media Player - URGE - Rights Management Software

I am running build 5472 and am unable to get Media Player and URGE to allow
myself to download music.

I am getting the following error message:

There was a problems configuring the Rights Management software on your PC.
Please try again.

0xe0040dc5

All I have to add a bit “me-too.� WMP11 and Urge worked fine for me in B2,
but so far I haven’t had any luck with 5472.

I was able to speak to support at URGE. They said the developers are
experiencing the problem as well and that they are working on a solution.

I've got two boxes running 5472. My laptop works fine with Urge, but my
desktop is giving me this error when downloading. Very annoying.

Any word on the progress of this?

I have not heard anything new.

I'm having the same issue aswell, please notifiy us of a fix when it becomes
available. : )
