Media player won't start streaming

I have Windows Media Player 11. On my radio gadget and on a music site I
subscribe to, the controls appear, the transitioning completes and it says
'ready', but when I click play, it just flashes quickly through the process
again and won't play. I have set the mpa files to be played by wmp 11.

Hello. I have a similar problem, but with trying to play media off of
the internet. Can your WMP 11 play the video at this link?
