Media sharing not loading

I've had this computer for a while and I had it sharing media with my xbox
360, but either when the xbox got replaced, or the router did, my media
sharing turned off, and I can't get it to turn on media sharing at all on
either computer now. Any suggestions? It may be my router but I can't figure
out how to change it. It's a Linksys N+ router

In WMP,go to tools,options,locate "sharing tab or option",open &
configure..Also,check the settings in user accounts.

could you please help me? I sent a post about error 80040241. The file is
an .avi file.
