Meeting invites for different time zones

Help, I am not a wiz on computers as most of you out there are, but please
help! I am in NYC and my boss in California, if he sends me an invite it is
in the wrong time zone. His computer is setup in Pacific time and mine
Eastern.

You don't need to be a wiz on computers, just on Time Zones
