Meezone Avatars

I got Windows Live Messenger 8.0 and when I go to Meezone to put Avatars in
using the link on the left hand side of the messenger panel, it won't let me
download them into Live Messenger. Should I upgrade to Live Messenger 8.1
(Beta) or should I do something else?
