memory diagnostics problem

i had before one week a litle problem .
at first i was trying to make a memory diagnpstics just for discover ing a
new tool
and after finish diagnostic every thing was ok till now but my little
problem was ,at every restart i discover a new page appear asking for
diagnostics and i have 2 options . or to click ESC to exit or F1 for options
and of course i click ESC and my Pc start normaly .with every restart i have
this message .
if some body can help me to not seeing this message i will be very gratfull
or him .

First, what Diagnostics program did you install and or run?
Second, what happens if you press F1 for the options?
