Hello,

In the quest of trying to figure out the lately slow performance of my XP
machine, I found that WLmail hogs about 177MB of memory even while doing
nothing (CPU usage is zero, except when actively querying the server). Is
this normal? Does it have to to with the number of messages I have (quite a
bit)?

thanks for any insights,

Danny

My wlmail.exe is currently using 260MB. I don't care because
with 4GB there still is plenty of memory left.
All other things being equal, the more code and data a program
keeps in RAM, the faster it will appear to be.

Thanks Gary.

With 1 meg total memory that's a hog. I'll try to convince my employer to
increase to 4 Meg :>)
