How do I make the Menu (File Edit View Tools Help) appear in the Explorer
window?

Temporarily by pressing the Alt key, just like in IE7 or permanently by
clicking on Organize-Layout-Menu bar.

ALT key - Will toggle it

Organize/Layout/Menu Bar - Will make it stay
