merger of forest

hi

we have windows 2003 ,exchange 2003 .we aquare company who also has windows
2003 ,exchange 2003.both are connected through WAN link.
we want to merge both forest so that i have single exchange organisation
with 2 domain.users should be share gal & all exchange features but they will
retain existing mail setting.

any help is welcome

You can not merge two exchange organizations to a single one.

You can use MIIS for exchange of information :
