"Message App" in my tray after 5-19-05 Windows auto Update

when I click on it, nothing happens. I can't open it. Does anyone know what
it is, what it does,why it's there? Please let me know. The background is
reddish, there is a bue-green ball in the left lower corner, and a yellow
exclamation point in the center.
