Message History and IE7 RC1

Ever since I loaded IE7 my messenger history will not display. I click on it
and get caught in an endless loop of opening the file. Even if I approve it
to open without question I tries to open an IE window and then closes and
fails.

Any suggestions. The default editor for xml files is dreamweaver and I don't
want that changed.
