Message keeps popping up

I keep getting a message about errors in some task...however the task
(sending and receiving e-mail) has gone through w/o a problem. How do I stop
this pop-up error message?

Rt. Click each newserver account, scroll and select properties and uncheck
'Include this account when checking for new messages'.
